Donalda & District Museum

This museum displays a variety of historical collections and buildings, preserving the history of the area for future generations.

The historical collections include:

  • Lamp collection - over 900 lamps, dating from the 1600s to 1960

  • Whitford collection - Métis artifacts from the early 20th century

  • Historical Cultural collection - 4000 artifacts depicting the history of the Donalda area and its residents.


Also included is an historic 1924 Creamery, a 1928 Imperial Bank of Canada building and manages a 1909 CN Rail station. A trip to the Donalda & District museum is a chance to experience the life and happenings of a small rural community.
