Kneehill Historical Museum
Take the roads less travelled where coulees carve up the sweeping prairies, and B trains bring grain from the edge of the Canadian Badlands to massive elevators out on the plains. Situated in Three Hills, Alberta, the Kneehill Historical Museum provides a unique look into the history of Kneehill County. Using First Nations and pioneer artifacts, the museum displays Kneehill County's rich history of farming, coal mining, and railways. The museum features many interesting and historically important artifacts, including early farm equipment, tools used by First Nations people, an authentic railway station from 1919, and a CN caboose. In response to COVID-19, Kneehill asks that you please wear a mask and call ahead to book an appointment. Group sizes are restricted to groups of 4 people at a time. Please visit their website for further information.
